My wife and I been having these cell phones for about a year now and I have mixed feeling about the cell phone. It was free when we got this via AT&T wireless plan for the family so I do not have much to complain.

You can get these ones for free here on Amazon with qualifying AT&T plans and services <<< Nokia 6085 Phone (AT&T) >>> But you will get a locked Nokia 6085 AT&T phone.

PROS:

(+) Better than average Battery life 3 hours talk time and 10 days standby time

(+) Music Player plays MP3 and WMA, Music Quality is good for a phone of this price.

(+) The MicroSD slot can be used to upgrade memory tested with Kingston 2GB and works perfectly, You can get it on Amazon here <<< Kingston 2 GB Micro SD Card >>>

(+) Has FM tuner built-in for FM radio (You'll need a wired headset to act as an antenna Buy this product to achieve this <<< Black and Silver Stereo Headset with On/Off Switch for Nokia [OEM] HS-23 from Eforcity)>>>
(+) Has voice recorder and Video Recorder capabilities
(+) Can play Java Based Games
(+) Speakerphone calls were of decent quality

CONS:

(-) The 1.8-inch (128x160 pixels) internal display is the most disappointing part of this cell phone. Graphics and photos are grainy and the colors seems to be washed out.
(-) VGA camera is of poor quality sizes upto (640x480, 320x240, and 160x120)
(-) Does not come with USB Data Cable But can be purchased here on Amazon <<< Eforcity Nokia CA-53 Compatible USB Data Cable for Nokia >>>

It still is a very nice phone for the price especially that these are Unlocked Versions of the cell phones that can be used with any wireless carriers, but do not expect too much from this Cell Phone as there are better ones out there in today's world of clamshell type of cell phones.

I bought this phone last week and although I can live with it, there are many things that just bug the heck out of me.

I'll list here what I didn't like:

*The screen is way too small, especially for a phone this bulky.
*The screen is VERY hard to see in sunlight.
*The 262,000 color screen, well, it's not enough.
*camera is of poor quality (it's VGA)
*The navigation is awkward and not very intuitive.

Just pick a different phone.

If you're looking for a phone packed with every useful feature that a $300+ phone would cost... this is it. This phone has everything that I wanted in a phone: the best all around reception of any phone that I've tried (quad band), a decent camera, excellent hands free (people can't even tell that I'm using it), expandable memory, MP3 ring tones, MP3 playback and it's relatively quick charging.

In my opinion, the only negative part of this phone is its size. It's bulky, due to its thickness and overall girth. This is why I gave it a four out of five.

This is an excellent phone for much less than others with equivalent features.
