Headsets with QuickPair are automatically in pairing mode when powered on until paired with the first device. - Step 1: Start with headset powered OFF. Hold down headset Call Control button for four seconds--release when Indicator Light flashes red and blue. Headset is now discoverable. Headset will remain discoverable until it is paired with its first device.
- Step 2: Use your device's menu to enter its pairing mode and select 220Plantronics on the display. 0000 is the pairing passkey.
- Subsequent Pairings: To manually place headset in Pairing Mode, begin with the headset turned off, then press the call control button for 8-10 seconds until the headset indicator light flashes red and blue. The headset is now in pairing mode for the next 60 seconds. To pair with a phone, repeat Step 2.
- Reconnection for Previously Paired Devices: If the Bluetooth phone and your Plantronics Bluetooth headset have been out of range for an extended amount of time or if the headset and/or phone were turned off and do not automatically reconnect, simply do a short press of the call control button and the devices will reconnect.

They did a really good job for me. I could not be happier. The only way a store could have done any better is I could have had it right then at a much higher cost. Give them a try I am glad I did!

I have purchased several headsets, trying to find one that really works for me. Most have not had a fit that was comfortable and solid feeling. this one was different. I do like the way it feels secure on my ear and the comfort is a good fit for me.
sound is middle of the row. It certainly is not as clear as my cell phone directly used, but I get by with it. Others say they can hear me ok but sometimes they report that I sound like I am speaking from the bottom of a fish tank. For those few times that I need and use this device, it meets my needs pretty well. If you are looking for very good quality audio, I would suggest looking elsewhere, perhaps at a more expensive Jawbone or something.

I had no problems pairing it up with my Samsung Comeback. I did however, bought the jabra ear-gels to make me a custom fit. I didn't like the original ear bud that comes with it.
People hear me well and vice versa. Overall I like it, haven't had any trouble with bad reception even though my whole apartment is filled with wireless devices and I live in an apartment complex.

Great headset that has good sound and picks up voices well. I've never had a complaint about picking up road noise while on a call. It also has a great feature which many other headsets do not have; it is able to link to two devices at once. I link it with my iPhone and work Blackberry. Great battery standby and talk time. Very well worth the money!

i think that if you pay $50 for a nice headset like this, the little rubber behind-your-ear-thingy should at least stay on. this is a great bluetooth headset: easy set-up, clear reception, good voice transfer, good battery life. but i haven't used it for a while now. why? because i can't fit super glue on my budget. what's the super glue for, you ask? to glue the behind-the-ear-piece on! that's why this review gets 4 stars instead of 5 - plantronics did good on the electronics, but mediocre on the ergonomics.
