QuickPair Pairing Instructions
Headsets with QuickPair are automatically in pairing mode when powered on until paired with the first device.

  • Step 1: Start with headset powered OFF. Hold down headset Call Control button for four seconds--release when Indicator Light flashes red and blue. Headset is now discoverable. Headset will remain discoverable until it is paired with its first device.

  • Step 2: Use your device's menu to enter its pairing mode and select 220Plantronics on the display. 0000 is the pairing passkey.

  • Subsequent Pairings: To manually place headset in Pairing Mode, begin with the headset turned off, then press the call control button for 8-10 seconds until the headset indicator light flashes red and blue. The headset is now in pairing mode for the next 60 seconds. To pair with a phone, repeat Step 2.

  • Reconnection for Previously Paired Devices: If the Bluetooth phone and your Plantronics Bluetooth headset have been out of range for an extended amount of time or if the headset and/or phone were turned off and do not automatically reconnect, simply do a short press of the call control button and the devices will reconnect.

I previously owed one but broke the volume button. Its the only one that fits in my tiny ear canal and I have tried alot. It is also the only one that I found that can work with two phones at one time - Great feature. I have my personal phone and the office phone and love the fact that I do not have to switch between ear buds to answer a call from either. I can answer a call from both phones at once, it is great.

First one worked 4 days. Then showed up red light for the 15 minutes in the charger every time it is placed in the changer. Would not light up or connect anymore. Amazon send a replacement at no charge in response to my email asking how long it should be charging. The replacement unit worked for two days. I called Plantronics support. I was told that it is a bad battery inside the unit. They offered to replace the unit with me covering the shipping cost. Their supervisor asked me to provide proof that Amazon already replaced the Unit once, so they would send me prepaid shipping. I reminded their supervisor number of times, neever got another response. Called the Plantronics support again and was told that they know about the battery problem and even if I send them the bad unit, they may not be able to send me replacement immediately. Maybe it is a collectible item.

This is only the second Bluetooth headset I've owned, But it is the most comfortable and I can hear what is being said. My hearing is not to good and when driving my Loud diesel truck I can hear just fine. The down side, I'm told by my wife that there is some static on her end. I sure could not tell on my end. Anyway I'm glad I bought this model.

This blue-tooth headset is extremely easy to sync, easy to wear, easy to turn on, easy to turn off, -- it's just plain easy to use! I've tried others that can be so complicated getting them to sync with your phone or pushing the right button, etc. This one is dandy. The sound is crystal clear and I've had no complaints from anyone I've called about the clarity. Love this! Highly recommend.
